    • Remote  DYCSI AMS Center (Monterrey)

    • On Site – Customer Offices

  • Support Hours:

    • Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (* LBH)

    • Out of Support Hours: On-Call Tickets Priority 1 (Stops Operation) (7/24)

    • ZENDESK, as a tool for registration and tracking of tickets/services
